🇳🇬U12 Boys Gold 0-1 Killarney Athletic C

On a very windy night Celtic can hold their heads up as this was very much a case of the better team coming out the wrong side of a result.

Celtic started as they finished on the front but for all their chances they just couldn’t get the better of the Athletic goalkeeper on the night. A break away goal proved costly.

On a positive note our boys are improving week on week proof is in the pudding as the last meeting between these sides earlier this season was a 7-1 drubbing by our neighbours with a little more luck that result could have been reversed tonight !

MOTM on the night was Ultan Cotter who was outstanding at the back he was left as the solo defender in the last 10 minutes as Celtic pushed everyone forward and he won everything that was thrown at him good also on the night were Sean Looney, Conor Rice, Ryan Casey & both our keepers did well Brian O’Connor & Sean Sharma.
