🇳🇬U12 Girls 0-1 Castleisland

💁‍♀️Player of the match: Seodhna O’Sullivan.

The girls were very unlucky today to lose.

A well organised Castleisland went ahead early and unfortunately Celtic despite a huge effort couldn’t find an equaliser.

Leah Mannix hit a shot over the bar from close range in the first half.

Nell Casey made a goal saving tackle mid way through the second half when Celtic were caught on the break.

Although Celtic were camped in the Castelisland half for the last quarter an equaliser never came with Leah Mannix hitting just wide after excellent build up play by Elisa Mosca and Mia Cox.Again Mannix came close when one of her free kicks whistling across the goal mouth.

Seodhna O’Sullivan and Nell Casey put in very good preformnces with Seodhna showing heart and determination throughout.
