Our boys travelled to kenmare this evening to play our final league match of the year. In perfect conditions both sets of defences was top in the first half. Celtic did go close on the two occasions only to be stopped by a solid keeper from Kenmare.
Second half both sides went close in a tight affair. Unfortunately for Celtic, Kenmare took the lead from a corner kick that wasn't dealt with. Celtic tried to find a equaliser but Kenmare stood firm thanks again to Kenmare keeper having a fine night in goals. Kenmare made it 2-0 with 10 minutes remaining and deserved winners on the night.
